Here's a review that's honest, balanced, and useful to both future guests and the host:---**Great location and comfortable stay — a few small things to know**We had a really nice stay at this unit. It's clearly been recently renovated, and it was pretty much exactly as advertised. The master bed was comfortable with quality linens, the couches were great for lounging, and the balcony has plenty of seating. Little touches like the generous supply of beach towels were appreciated, and you can't beat the location — just steps from the pool and beach entrance.A few notes for future guests and the host: the unit was clean overall, but the floors didn't seem to have gotten much attention before our arrival. Families with young kids should know that nearly all the dishes and cups are porcelain or glass, so packing some kid-friendly dishware is a good idea. A few board games on hand would also be a nice addition for rainy days.One thing to be aware of: the front door opens directly to the parking garage, so you'll hear some noise in the evenings from people coming and going and car remotes chirping. The curtains and blinds do a good job blocking out headlights, and it wasn't a dealbreaker for us — just worth knowing if you're a light sleeper.Overall, we'd stay here again.
