Welcome to this top-floor condo at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club, a safe gated condo community with direct beach access, and the largest pool on the Island with a kiddie pool, tennis courts, and grills.
Gorgeous sunsets have made North Beach the place to be, where you can watch the dolphins jump and chase the shrimp boats. Enjoy the sea breeze from your private 3rd-floor balcony with ocean views over the treetops.
Newly remodeled in 2024, top-floor views on the quiet side of the building, but steps away from the pools and boardwalk to North Beach. Walk to Huc-a-Poo's (a local favorite pizza hangout), TyBean for the best Island coffee, and lots of Tybee Island Shops with all the charm of a little beach town.

*Only one parking space per condo is available; additional paid parking is available on the island.
*Golf Carts are not permitted on the property per the Homeowner's Association.

Perfect location

Close enough to bike rental, restaurants, private pier to do anything we needed easily but far away enough from the crowds to have quiet moments on the balcony and on the beach. The ONLY drawback was the lingering smell of damp if you are sensitive to to mold or smells.

Enjoyed our stay , wish in tbe details it would of explained the staris to the beach as it was a little difficult carrying wagons etc to beach . As well as the struggle to carry multiple luggage to your room on a third level floor. But overall a good stay.

Very nice place

The property is in a great location - calm flat beach but not crowded like the pier area. Pool area is well maintained which was our 11 year olds favorite. The condo is really small but very clean and cute and well kept. The property manager was super responsive to a minor issue and it was fixed within an hour. Great place

First trip to Tybee Island

Our rental condo was nice and equipped with the basic amenities. The beach towels came in handy. Because of the weather we spent more time by the pool than on the beach. Savannah is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. We enjoyed shopping and the restaurants on Tybee Island. We had a great time!!!

Juneteenth celebration

The condo was as pictured. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The sheets had stains, hair and dust. I believe this is the result of the cleaning crew and not the owner. Otherwise it was fine. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it served its purpose. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Nice location, easy to check in. The room needs some updating. Nice to have daybed in living room for sleeping purposes, but not very comfortable to sit during the day. The other chair in the living room was not comfortable to sit in while watching tv. No dining table and the bar area is pretty small. A tv in the bedroom would be a plus. Easy to contact property manager and they respong quickly. This place was okay for the few days we were there. Would not book for a week long trip.

Not Impressed

Before we even got there they switched our condo i had purchased stating someone was going to be permitnatly living there an moved us to a diffrent location which didnt look like anything close to what i was expecting I paid for. Getting to location an into gate was easy. When we got into condo though i was not impressed there was sand all over the floor, toliet didnt look cleaned nor the beds and linens. When i told property manager and asked for an extra parking space, she ignored the fact it wasn't clean but did give us an extra parking space. We booked for a week an were left with 1 an half roll of tp an paper towels. 2 garbages bags an where told they didnt supply anymore which i was not aware of. Also no fresh towels either. Under the bathroom sink was grose an dirty couldnt even put our bathroom supplies under it. Location is not bad but the beach isnt the best aide of the island. The pool needs redone an cleaned everyday which it is not. Highly recommend not to purchase any extras they offer better yet find a better location. I will not be coming back there were people smoking weed on balcony an throwing crab legs off belcony as i was trying to eat my breakfast a cleaning person through dirty water over the belcony an it splashed onto my food. I was highly discussed an upset this whole trip an it was supose to be our last family trip before my kido left for college.
