Welcome to Condo # 4 at Tybee Retreat! Tybee Retreat's idyllic location one block from the beach and within walking distance to south end restaurants and bars makes for the perfect beach get-a-way!

Tybee Retreat offers an open concept living space that is comfortably furnished so that our guests can enjoy a family meal, game time or just watching TV together on the flat screen TV. It also offers an extremely spacious living area upstairs with an over sized flat screen TV perfect for the nights in or family movie complete with wet bar and mini-fridge.
The kitchen has been outfitted with all stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and the dishwasher and granite countertops make for easy clean-up.

Both upstairs and downstairs are comfortably furnished living spaces which give way to the large covered patios (yes, one on each level!) that features a teak tables and chairs perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze in any weather.

1st level:
Bedroom 1: king bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: king sized bed, flat screen TV with bedroom access to the shower/tub combo bathroom.
2nd Level
Bedroom 3: two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV and attached private bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 4: two double beds, a flat screen TV with a bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo.
There is also a laundry room with a full sized washing machine and dryer hallway.
Getting Around:
You won't have to drive anywhere, simply park for free and go and enjoy the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants the island has to offer. Tybee Retreat has a total of four condo units, each having covered ground level parking for two vehicles. Please note over-sized trucks and SUV's may not fit under this covered parking area.

Other Things to Note:
Since we consider Tybee Retreat to be a family friendly property and we know Pets are just as much family as our own children, Pets are permitted with approval and additional pet fees (maximum of 2 dogs, Cats are not permitted). A pet deposit of $35 per pet per night is required.

In the garage guests have access to beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (on a first come first serve bases).

High-speed WIFI is available throughout the property.

Perfect space for a family getaway!

Christmas in Tybee

The property is amazing. Lots of room and within walking distance to everything you need. The property manager is great with communication and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Location, ammenties, and size

Our stay here was great!! Plenty of space for our large group and enough beds to go around. The kids loved the shuffleboard table and the adults loved the ease of getting around. We had a wonderful time and the place was well stocked with things we didnt bring. Also great toiletries in the vathroom too!

Great place to stay

We were in town for a family wedding & had family from 1 to 87 staying at this condo. The condo is nicely decorated and well stocked. The number of beds made it perfect for us, and all of them were comfy. Definitely recommend.

FAMILY VACATION

The property is very spacious and close to shopping and the beach. We put the teens and younger child upstairs to have their own space and we had our quiet space on the main floor.

Wonderful Condo, Close to the Beach!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was close to the beach. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in the house and it was plenty of room! The upstairs had another living area which was perfect for the kids. It was clean and the host was very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall great place

The house was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable, with the exception of the "futon" that was actually a broken and unusable pull out couch bed. Thankfully we had an air mattress so it wasnt a huge deal for us, but definitely needs to be replaced. Overall we had a wonderful time, and would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

We loved that this unit basically had two separate living areas giving our adult children privacy as well as our own space. We love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants we love. Our main reason for choosing this unit was that it is pet friendly! Code didn’t work at check in but they were super quick to fix it!

Nice place!

This property was perfect for us. We had never spent time on south beach before and I really liked it. The house was a short, easy walk from either 17th or 18th street beach access. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Layout was awesome for our group. Kids could use the upper common space while adults socialized in the lower one. Loved that we could use the beach gear left behind by previous guests. The only complaint was that the upstairs couches were not terribly comfortable. Otherwise stellar property!

Family vacation

We come every year before school starts back for a family vacation. We stayed in unit 4 and it was a beautiful property. It has plenty of room and the large table in kitchen made lunch time very enjoyable.

Prime location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. You can’t get a better location than this! We parked our car when we got there and didn’t move it until we left! Restaurants and shops were super close and the beach was just steps away. Property manager was great and the home was very nice. The porches were a very nice feature and plenty of space for everyone.

Wonderful stay!

We rented units 3 and 4 and both were prefect for our family gathering and birthday celebration. Upon arrival we were delighted by the size of rooms and kitchens were well supplied with everything needed for meal preparations and serving for our large group.

Great stay

We have stayed in multiple homes on Tybee Island and this was our favorite. The unit is only a minute or two walk away from the beach and multiple restaurants. The condo was very clean and spacious. More than enough room for two adults and 5 teenagers to spread out and enjoy. The owner did a great job of communicating with us. We will stay here again in the future.
