Be our guest and enjoy the beautiful views from this top-floor, waterfront condo located on the northeast corner of the B Building. You have wonderful unobstructed views from Tybee for Two. Updated unit with a walk-in shower in the bathroom and a king bed in the bedroom.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and, as a result, is the quieter end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers a 55" smart television in the living room, a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, and wifi throughout. We highly recommend unplugging and enjoying the beach life!

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO.

20th Wedding Anniversary

Perfect place on the beach to relax and enjoy some sunshine with my husband. Great restaurants within walking distance. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again.

Great condo!!!

We loved it here! Great location, right on the beach, watch ships come/go, condo is newly updated with comfy king bed. Plan to take walks on an amazing sugar sand beach. Great views! Oh, watch dolphins right off your deck. Nice pool area too. Great neighborhood.

The condo is small but perfect for my husband and me. We really enjoyed the view from the deck.

Beautiful views of the water and wonderful access to the beach. Tybee Island is a fun low key Island. People were friendly. We had dinner at Sundae Cafe which was delicious and well worth it. The condo is clean and comfortable.

What a view

Can't beat the view. Saw dolphins every day. Clean and well stocked. close to many restaurants and shops. would stay here again. Rental agent extremely helpful.

Perfect for our trip!

I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked. The view was beautiful and being just steps away from the beach made it even better. It was a quiet spot where the only noise came from the waves and breeze. Loved that the place had beach chairs along with a cooler. The property management company was very responsive and checked on us. This place was perfect for two people and we would love to come back.

Great place to stay!

The property was very nice, the condo was just right size for two. The bathroom was exceptional and the king bed was so comfortable and the third floor view was great. The pool area was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, an umbrellas. The walkway to the beach was an easy walk. Over-all, just a great place to stay. Also Melba was great to deal with... which made it even better. There was one problem, the elevator in that building was not in working order.

This place was great! Perfect view. The condo had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins every day. My only complaint would be climbing the three flights of stairs especially carrying the luggage. That might say more about me though than the condo.

Tybee for Two is Perfect

This was undoubtedly the favorite place we have been to. The location of the condo was perfect! We had planned to go into Savannah a couple of days but found it hard to leave our balcony where we watched the dolphins play throughout the day EVERY day. It was amazing! Check in/out was flawless and I thought it was so sweet for Melba to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is stocked with everything you might need, including spices, coffee, creamer, etc. it was a wonderful four days and we can’t wait to come back.

Tybee Vacation

Our week at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club was very enjoyable. The condo was clean and decorated nicely for a stay at the beach. Preparing meals was a bit difficult due to a lack of work space, but our condo provided all the comforts of home, including a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed.Because of our location on the Savannah River, we didn’t get to enjoy the constant sound of ocean waves, but loved sitting on our balcony watching cargo ships pass by, pelicans and other sea birds, and a couple of raccoons in the thicket below. The Daytime Dolphin Tour was great fun, as was the Old Town Trolley Tour in beautiful downtown Savannah. We also enjoyed exploring Fort Pulaski and eating out at some local Tybee restaurants.The staff at Tybee Time Vacation Rentals was great and made everything from making the initial reservations and payments through the check-in and check-out process go smoothly. We highly recommend!

We loved the beach access and watching the ships coming in and out of Savannah as well as the fishing boats. We saw dolphins and two baby Manatees within yards of the beach as we waked it twice daily. Great restaurants were within walking distance and the host checked in us to see if everything was alright with the room which it was. Being able to swim in the inlet and ocean, whichever we county a distance of a few hundred yards was amazing! This was the best waterfront stay we’ve been too in years. Can’t wait to return!
