"The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small beautiful cottage (only 99 1/2 steps from the beach 😉) with a detached bedroom in the backyard. We didn’t use it to sleep in BUT we had a rainy day and were able to open up all the windows and relax and read in it. We loved every thing about the place. Location was awesome. Within walking distance to so many little shops and restaurants. Very quiet area. The cottage is small but has a lot historical charm. No dishwasher but does have washer and dryer outside on back porch. The backyard is beautiful. Has plenty of seating available, swing and an outside shower. Also was 10/10 for being clean. It was perfect for me and my daughter, we stayed a whole week. ♥️"

"This was a disappointing experience. There was no one to receive us, which required two calls to locate room and check on parking and breakfast. The room was very small and in the basement; there was no closet. The bedside lamps didn’t work. Pictures posted show a beautifully kept garden but plants were untidy and in need of attention, and dead leaves were piled in beds and walkways. The whole place felt run down but it was expensive! Owner is going through some personal problems which he carried into his work. His wife didn’t even acknowledge us at breakfast. Breakfast meals were only “okay” or worse, not what we expected in an expensive b&b. We will not stay here again and will dissuade others from doing so."
