Stay comfortably in Holly Cottage Garden Carriage House, a distinguished and charming Charnwood/Azalea Historic District of Tyler located just blocks from so many great downtown Tyler attractions. These are wonderfully convenient accommodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites.

By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

Holly Cottage is a 2-bedroom historic carriage house. Marvelous details include 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, heating, WiFi, and a washer/dryer machine. The historic bathroom has its original claw-foot shower/tub and many other amenities.
