This place is awesome! We are hoping to go back soon and spend longer there. The cottage has fun stuff and things to do, the property is lovely, and the space is comfy. The kitchen too- is well set up and has a great stove. The whole vibe is welcoming and that the owners know their audience. They keep the place clean, family friendly, and comfortable.
Eveything was great. Beautiful property, kitchen had everything we needed, quiet, plenty of fans, lights and lamps, clean bathroom, and very comfy bed and furniture. Lovely place to stay would stay again.
What a wonderful place to relax and just enjoy being in nature. I can't wait to come back. I needed some time to just be still and to rest. I feel blessed to have found this place. My beloved dog loved the walking trails. It was so much fun for him. I was sad to leave but I know that this will become one of my favorite places to find some peace and rest.Thank you for offering such a wonderful place!
Such a sweet place to get a way for a few days. Love that I can bring the dogs along and have everything to kick back and relax. There are some other homes visible from the cottage, but definitely spread out enough to have your own space.
We enjoyed our brief stay. Head everything we needed and the scavenger hunt eas a nice surprise. Beautiful property with trees and all you need for campfire, outdoor games and relaxing. We definitely plan on coming back for our next Canton weekend.
The place was nice. The Internet was really slow and we couldn’t log into Netflix or any streaming services. They did have lots of movies to select from so we were entertained. If you plan on doing work there, I would not suggest it. The walking trails are not will kept but you are still able travel them. The ton roof was very loud while the acorns were dropping, which was all night long. All in all it was a nice change of pace from what we were used to in city limits. Which is what we were looking for.
Enjoyed our time. Lots of movies, some VHS and some DVD options. Players for both. Very cozy and quiet and walking paths were fun!

We didn't choose the property for shopping but there were restaurants within a short distance. It was a remote spot, but easy to get to. It was really nice to sit on the porch each morning to drink our coffee, taking in the view & enjoying the peace & quite. Since we have family close by, we will definitely return.
The property owners are kind, laid back, and attentive. The cabin is so cute and had so many special touches like a huge collection of movies! The outdoor area is beautiful with so much natural beautiful and outdoor games like horseshoe that kids can enjoy. We highly recommend!
Rustic luxury! Loved our weekend getaway in the cottage. Comfortable bed, lovely porch to relax. Loved walking in the woods and meeting the owners! All the games and movies you could think of. Perfect night away to our little cabin in the woods! Thank you for our wonderful stay and great dinner recommendation!

My sweet man and I took our first little R&R trip together here. It was a little bit of off season time so the grounds had a lot of dead foliage on the little trails on the property. But that was expected. It was peaceful & would go back again. Great quick getaway!
The location was awesome and we really liked the cabin. The outside area with table and chairs was very dirty and so unusable. A swifter and a little raking would have made it so much more enjoyable
Amazing getaway. Me and my girlfriend stayed just one night but wish we had booked longer. The games and movie collection were amazing! I watched a few old DVDs that I had totally forgot about. Our dogs loved the trails and so did we. We were also still close enough to have a date night out in Tyler. Great time and would 100% book again.
Cottage was cute, bed was Amazing! Disappointed that outside area was not blown off. So deep in leaves, brush, dangerous with all the snakes out..Couldnt even sit outside. But owners wrre great, responsive, place was clean and comfortable!

Coyote Creek Cottage was perfect. It was a quiet and peaceful getaway from the city life. Inside the cottage the host left little notes with instructions on what things are for. That was helpful and thoughtful. Hiking through the trail on the property we found some cute collectors items. It was a surprise and you will have to go exploring in order to enjoy them. 👍 I definitely would recommend staying here.
Very peaceful and surrounded by woods. There was a trail we would've loved to explore, but the Texas summer heat prevented us from doing so. The cottage was a great cool shelter from the outside heat. Beautiful wood floors, comfortable furniture & a very large DVD/VHS movie library. An elaborate kitchen with all the necessary appliances/utensils facilitated enjoyable meals.
We would recommend this location to anyone wanting to get away from their busy lives & slow down to a simpler atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. We would like to go back in the fall to explore the trails as well as enjoy the fall colors.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Coyote Creek. The property is absolutely beautiful & is surrounded by all sorts of huge trees. The cottage was perfect for us & they're pet friendly too. Had neighbors during our stay, but didn't even know it. Only thing we could hear was the acorns hitting the metal roof. Only thing we wished could have been different would have been a different internet connection. The hotspot needed to be rebooted constantly & the speeds were very slow. If we have a chance to visit the area again Coyote Creek would be a great choice to stay again.
