1.2 miles(4 min drive) to THE GROVE.
Brand new home with beautiful furnishings and ultra comfortable beds. Fully furnished kitchen with complimentary Keurig coffee. Come stay and relax; whether you’re on vacation or business this is the perfect place in Tyler Texas for you. This is a pet free house .(but you can always ask 😜)
We also have 2 other properties a couple houses down call STAY @Alamo and STAY @Vine. One by Faulkner park: STAY @ Faulkner. And one by tjc STAY @ parklen.

Terrific place

Everything was as described and clean and owners were easy to work with! We stayed for our son’s graduation weekend and it was so nice to have plenty of space and common areas and kitchen. Would definitely stay again/highly recommend!

Great place for a weekend getaway

Very happy with our decision to stay here. Beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and had pretty much everything we needed aside from a pizza cutter, but we made it work so no biggie. All around great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Tyler Adventure

The home was great in all aspects. We enjoyed the three bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and living room. It was rainy while we were there but we were able to park in the garage,it was awesome. We enjoyed grilling and cooking in. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

Enough room for everyone

Usually when visiting family in Tyler for the holidays, myself and my children and their families stay at hotels. This time I found Logan and Carmen’s lovely rental. With 9 people and 2 dogs, we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was convenient to all areas, clean and comfortable and checking in and out was simple and easy. Will definitely consider rebooking again

Beautify place to call home on vacation.

I rented this home for my friends and me, which was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you would need while on vacation and was closely located to restaurants, grocery stores, and the mall. Carmen and Logan gave excellent personal care while visiting their home. They texted me in advance with detailed information about the house before my arrival and during my stay. I highly recommend this home, and I will rent it again. Rosie

One of our best stays-Do not pass up this home!

Our stay was a last-minute decision made after the usual check-in time. Our hosts were fantastic and worked diligently to get us booked and settled into the lovely home. Our only problem was being unable to read the house number on the mailbox and house. The home was comfortable, clean and handicap accessible. The location was perfect for us. We very much appreciated the quiet neighborhood. We thank our hosts, Logan and Carmen, for making our stay a very good experience.

Immaculately clean in a convenient location

The host sent all the necessary accommodation information way ahead of time, then made every follow up all the way til check out. The place is brand new, very clean, well organized, and with every necessary amenity available as promised….even tea and coffee are available. Such a bonus. For the price that we paid, there is nothing more we can ask for.
