Outside area has a natural fire pit country style seating with table and BBQ Char Broiler just right for outdoor entertainment, and hosing those special guests in an outdoor natural setting. The property sits about 250 yards off county road 342, and from other Dwellings. You will pass through a small 4 house family community where every one is aware you are a tenant of the woody cabin and your privacy and safety is of the upmost concern. We are building another cabin close by but no construction will be conducted while there are tenants on the property. The property offers outside amenities. On the porch there is a stainless steel gas NEXGRILL EVOLUTION that has 700 dg thermostat not that you would need 700 dg to cook anything but sure to keep up with entertaining your private guest with kicking out steaks, burgers, chicken, Etc. This little cabin produces huge one on one time that is sometimes needed for reconnection. and disconnection as well. The cabin has an outside burn pit area with burn pit chairs, table, hammock, charcoal broiler, and fire wood is provided for the burn pit, charcoal, and lighter fluid is also provided for the charcoal broiler. The fire pit area has lighting for that night time entertainment. Come! Welcome! Spend some wind down time or disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Small gatherings of guest are allowed for outside BBQ and fire pit burning up to ten guest upon request and notification permission only by the owner Stevyn Young.
