"This villa is a real gem. Absolute world class one of a kind experience. Peaceful, beautiful mountain views from a modern, private and well thought out house. The location was perfect and central. Only 20 minute drive from all of the pristine beaches around Plakias and 20 minute drive from Rethymno for shops and city life while enjoying Crete’s mountain vistas and nature. "When you walk through the garden and fruit trees and pick your fruit for the morning was priceless. The house keeper was remarkable. I wish I could have brought her with me.
The only thing I would improve on is hiring a car for the day because to go to the old city back to the villa was 50 euros one way."
