The efficiency apartment is only 28 minutes to Penn State University, Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center, The Arboretum at Penn State, 8 minutes to DelGrosso’s Amusement Park and Laguna Splash Water Park, 12 minutes to Tytoona Cave, 22 minutes to Fort Roberdeau, Antiques, 29 minutes to Horseshoe Curve, 2 minutes to the Tyrone Train Station, cavern’s, hiking, 15 minutes to a biking trail that rides beside the Juniata River, 35 minutes to Prince Gallitzin State Park, close to state game lands for hunting, 40 minutes to Raystown Lake, just minutes to the Little Juniata River, fishing and much more. Short Stay

Came in for a College and game day. It was the perfect place for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that small things were provided (towls, k cups, etc.) The vinyl door that is used for the bathroom was loud opening/closing, but not a deal breaker.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable apartment about 25 mins from State College. Easy drive to and from. Town is a bit sleepy, but easy drive to Altoona for restaurants and shopping. Good communication by Harry and Lisa.
