"Definitely not a 4 start hotel. More like a 2 or 3 star. It's a revamped motel. Room amenities were decent (had a mini fridge) and there was a pool. The room itself was a little worn but at least it was for the most part clean. Traveled w/ kids. Not a lot of space but made it work. Area was decent short drive (~15 mins) to downtown Santa Barbara. So if you don't want to pay downtown prices for a hotel, I would definitely stay at Leta again, but I would not pay more than $300/night."

"TERRIBLE NOISE INSULTATION! Go anywhere else. We lost over 2 hours of sleep because an obnoxious couple decided to "make some noise" in the room directly above us, starting around 3:30am... I attempted to contact staff via the Hotels.com app around 4am, but never received a response. Customer support themselves contacted the Motel 6 staff, but nothing happened. Instead I was told to call staff myself using the phone in our room. Nobody answered. I tried banging on the wall a few times so the couple might get the picture that PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP at what was then 4:30 am... Nope! I wasn't about to bang on their door and start a confrontation - I'm a small woman. Instead, I bit the bullet and just went on my phone waiting for silence... First the "noise making", then them showering, then their microwave, their shuffling around packing bags, and FINALLY a bang as they bumped their suitcases out the door at 5:30. Finally we could sleep again, but at what cost? We ended up exhausted, and slept in 2 hrs later than we wanted. No surprise there but super disappointing. Highly unlikely to ever return. The Buellton location is more affordable and quiet anyways! You have plenty of other fantastic and responsive places to choose from in the area, but this one is terrible."

"nicely renovated property with bespoke feel. lobby was lively and outdoor space with swings and fire pit was enjoyable. pool area nice but the hot tub was overrun by kids. we were in a family suite for 4 but our room had only two towels and we kept having to call for more. best value for price in the area. will stay again."

"The kitchen was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. The bathrooms (all 6 of them) were very clean and well stocked with towels. The 6 bedrooms had comfortable beds with very nice bedding and extra blankets if needed. The backyard had a fountain which was great "white noise" with 2 nice sized tables with chairs for eating, playing cards etc,.. The neighborhood was well kept, and we didn't hear anything from the neighbors. The ample parking was fantastic, since were were in town for a wedding and had several cars. The home was walking distance (about 0.4 of a mile) from a nice big park for kids with swings, slides and a climbing structure. The host was extremelly esponsive and very friendly when contacted with a question. I would abosulutely reccommend this home and would reserve it again if I had the need. Thank you, Yaroslav"
