New, charming house with large living room, high ceilings, well ventilated and lots of glass. Cable TV, covered barbecue with balcony and stools, full kitchen, 2 suites (4 bedrooms- 3 bathrooms), ceiling fans in all rooms, new mattresses of excellent quality, garage, garden with night lighting, hammocks on the balcony, shower external, two 500 l water tanks with pump (important when the water runs out) alternative source of water from the hill. close to the shopping center, gas station, 24 hour bank, supermarket and good restaurants. 5 minutes from the beach of lazaro and / or sununga, as well as Saco da Ribeira. Have security of information and if you want, get to know the house beforehand, as we have a staff member who can accompany you to the location. The house is in good condition and everything works.
