"Room was clean so can't fault them on that but it's a very dated hotel. It is okay just for sleeping in as the location is extremely convenient, right opposite Shin-Yamaguchi station so easy to get to locations such as Hagi Castle Town and Akiyoshido Caves.
Free Breakfast was included but the offerings were basic in my opinion so I didn't go back after the first day."

"It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "
