¡¡UN LUGAR AL QUE REPETIREMOS VISITA!!

La situación del apartamento ¡no podía ser mejor! céntrico y a la vez en una zona silenciosa, donde incluso los vecinos del edificio son amables y respetuosos. El apartamento goza de todas las comodidades, muy limpio, la cama es comodísima y el dueño atento y servicial. 100% recomendable, ¡seguro que repetiremos!

Pedri wa very responsive to our needs. We were on motorcycles and he had a secure garage close by we could store our bikes in for a very decent price, 12€ a night.

El apartamento en perfectas condiciones y muy cómodo. Muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico. El único defecto es que no hay trato directo con el dueño, sólo telefónico. Incluso abre la puerta a distancia.

Excellent old town experience without a car

Though well located, this is a real challenge to travel in by car, check in and park. The host is unable to personally meet you so your Spanish needs to be pretty sharp to understand the complex process of dropping off your bags and parking in a car park that is a walk away. The apartment is well appointed apart from having no cutting knives. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on pots, etc. Location is excellent- middle of old town - the tapas bar nearby is excellent. Supermarkets are a bit further away. Bed is not very comfortable. Apartment is right on the street so if you like open curtains and open windows, it will feel like people are right inside the place with you. But it is a unique experience to stay there - best without a car.

Tranquilo y limpio

Un apartamento muy bien cuidado,limpio y en una zona perfecta para poder ver Ubeda sin ningún problema,a la hora de aparcar es complicado por la zona,aconsejó coger el aparcamiento que el dueño tiene para alquilar,12€.

excelente. apartamento acogedor, totalmente equipado. la situacion inmejorable, justo en el centro historico de la ciudad, aconsejable 100%. trato del dueño muy bueno, atento y dispuesto para cualquier problema. sin duda repetiremos

Céntrico y perfecto...

Estancia de 2 noches en familia, con niños. Entorno pefecto en el mismo centro de Úbeda, en el mismo edificio de la Sinagoga del Agua. Cerca de todo. Precioso lugar.
