Set just a short walk from Úbeda’s most iconic monuments, Sacra Capilla del Salvador, Palacio de las Cadenas, and the old Jewish quarter, you’ll be surrounded by cobbled streets, local cuisine, and centuries of history.

Each apartment includes air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom, and a compact but complete kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, ideal for longer stays or relaxed mornings in. The property also offers a shared terrace with city views, elevator access, and is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Perfectly located for exploring the wider region, Úbeda makes a great base for day trips:

-Baeza, another UNESCO city – 10 minutes

-Jaén, with its cathedral and Arab baths – 45 minutes

-Cazorla Natural Park, ideal for hiking – 1 hour

-Córdoba, full of Moorish heritage – 2 hours

-Granada and the Alhambra – just over 2 hours
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
