Hotel muito bom, atendimento excelente. A única coisa que poderiam melhorar foi em um dos pratos que pedi no jantar, uma pizza broto, estava bem ruim. Mas de resto, tudo maravilhoso.

É informado no hoteis.com, que o hotel disponibiliza estacionamento. Entretanto ao chegar é cobrado uma taxa de 20,00 para motos. E ainda as vagas destinadas às motos sao ocupadas por carros, ficando um espaço pequeno para as motos de grande porte.

Ótimo hotel, funcionários educados e gentis, comida boa, drinks bons, piscina limpa. Na ala que fiquei, os quartos são um pouco antigos, seria bom melhorarem as camas/travesseiros. E o estacionamento é pago a parte, me cobraram 20 reais (não sei se é 20 a diária ou se é 20 total, pois só fiquei um dia). Então tomem cuidado com isso.

Foi tranquila, porém, não voltaria, pois escolhi esse hotel porque poderia cachorro. Como eu estava com minha cachorrinha porte pequeno, me cobraram R$ 120,00 a mais por conta dela. Sendo assim, não indico pois não informaram já o valor no ato da reserva. Minha cachorra realmente ficou somente para dormir, não deixamos ela sozinha no quarto em momento nenhum.

O hotel é básico, as camas não são confortáveis, a coberta oferecida não é boa e não tem opção de edredom para quem é alérgico como eu, minha reserva foi para 2 adultos e uma criança de 3 anos, só deixaram 2 toalhas no quarto, as instalações são antigas, assim como o banheiro necessita de reforma, ao tomar banho, molha o banheiro inteiro. O hotel cobra estacionamento, o que é um completo absurdo, pois o hotel é na beira da BR e você não tem outro lugar para estacionar se não for dentro do hotel, basicamente uma venda casada e uma decepção para o cliente, estacionar no hotel, é básico, além disso, o estacionamento está sempre lotado, as vagas são descobertas, em dias de chuva, como os que peguei, você estaciona o carro extramente longe e molha inteiro para entrar pela recepção, pois as outras entradas que existem, ficam fechadas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade e os funcionários são todos extremamente educados, ao sair ganhamos água de cortesia para a viagem!

Ótimo custo benefício.

Ótimo custo benefício. Boa localização; funcionários atenciosos; café da manhã satisfatório. Ao entrar no quarto o mesmo estava com odor desagradável, deixamos a janela aberta para ventilar o quarto e logo o cheiro passou. Ficamos no segundo andar, parece que o quarto passou por reforma pois estava com a pintura das paredes com aspecto de novas. A área comum estava bem cuidada, piscina limpa e a sauna estava ótima. Voltaríamos a hospedar se precisássemos.
