I never stayed in a room without a mini fridge in my entire life. This was the first room. The room was tiny and very cramped. The bathroom was also very small and not comfortable to sit on the toilet. Parking was difficult because you had to drive a very steep ramp. I will not be staying at This Ibis anymore, will stay other one near by

Several of the window latches were broken. Therefore, the windows do not close properly, and the noise from the streets enters the room. I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details. Budget does not mean lack of maintenance. Very disappointed.

Apto ar condicionado não funcionava, passei a primeira noite sem ar condicionado. No dia seguinte, avisei a recepção que o ar não estava funcionando e pedi para durante o dia eles consertarem. Retornei ao hotel às 18h e ninguém foi no apto consertar o ar, ao invés de me trocarem de quarto sem discussão, a atendente, de forma mal educada, sugeriu eu procurar outro hotel. Pedi pra falar com a gerente, ela retornou com a troca de apto, inaceitável a postura da atendente. Os atendentes que fizeram meu check-in foram excelentes.
