"Amazing new bungalows with great view into the jungle. Pool also perfect. Just food menu very basic which makes it harder to enjoy time just in the place. Need for scooter to have dinner in Ubud "

"First day. Staff had no idea of my booking. Had to wait an hour before i can check in. Bedroom had a swarm of flying bugs everywhere in the bedroom. In addition to batches of larva all over the floor. Ants everywhere. I have photos and video. Is this a property Expedia endorses?
I should at the least get a refund for half the stay.
Unacceptable "

"Very poor management! No soap, shampoo, toilet roll or hand towels provided. Shower curtain was rusted. No electrici kettle in the room. We booked 2 king beds 2BDR but ended up getting one king bed and one single bed. Owner did not understand English at all which was a major issue.
Location wise very good! Walking distance to Ubud market"

"Gusty and Parta are incredible hosts that have built an amazingly beautiful villa. Our Villa was great. We loved the amazing exterior and interior of the place. We had our own little coy fish pond and several private seating areas. Gusty, Parta and their family will go above and beyond to make sure your visit is amazing!"

"This villa is basic and was perfect for me for my one week stay.
I enjoyed privacy, the comfortable sofa on the terrace, and a hot bath in a jungle setting.
Overall it was peaceful aside from some construction noise and traffic in the distance. Lots of frogs too through the night but the sounds of nature are wonderful.
Biggest downside was the road to get to it which is very challenging for cars. Better if you plan to use a scooter or scooter taxi.

"We had the privilege of staying in a truly authentic home nestled in the heart of the rice fields, owned by the most wonderful family. The mother, an incredible cook, prepared meals that were simply unforgettable, and their on-site restaurant had a charm of its own. Her daughter and the staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of care and hospitality they provided made us feel completely at home. "We didn’t like our stay at this property. It’s just 3 rooms located at a very aloof place. The property is not maintained n no dining option available. "

"When we checked in they led us to a room through outdoor fields and steps that seemed to go on forever into a building in the back with room facing directly into a creepy jungle saying it’s the only room they had left.
We refused, so they found a room nearer to the front of the property in the first building. It’s 2 floors so had no elevator!!! I think if you’re a resort you should clearly state if you don’t have an elevator bc taking stairs up and down is not desirable for many.
I was really put off that you’d have to walk through parties and outdoor fields to access that back building instead of a proper hallway
Room was overall nice but the door was faulty, the lock would work sometimes and other times would spazz up. Also bathroom sink was very slow and would pool water. Unacceptable and will not be staying again.
I usually stay at the Adiwana Bisma when I want to be in the middle of Ubud city center but it was sold out on these dates and I wish I had stayed at a better option.
To be fair, I’m a luxury traveler and have a stricter filter than others might, and if these annoyances I mentioned does not bother you you might genuinely have a good time. The staff were accommodating and breakfasts decent, although room service food was lackluster.
Also, moisture not very well managed like a newer place would, the rooms would feel muggy no matter how cool and after a shower you feel soaking wet from sweat. They don’t have humidity control systems."
"I would give 10 starts of if I could!
Have traveled in many 5 star hotels and reports around the world and this place is amazing. Pool villa room was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely rebook again"
"The property was amazing and the staff even better. We will miss the hospitality that everyone provided! The food at the restaurant was top notch and the staff were so accommodating and extremely nice. We can't wait to return!"
"The staff at this hotel are amazing and so friendly. The grounds are beauty and a very unique place. highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Ubud! The Spa is also amazing!"
"The staff was very courteous. The breakfast had Indian menu as well, so we liked it. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Staff was very helping as well."
"We absolutely loved this property, with wonderful, spacious villas nestled amongst rice fields. The property was incredibly peaceful right outside the main part of Ubud. The service was excellent, and the hot air balloon ride was an unexpected treat."
