We went there for our honeymoon, it was the best stay of our lifetime. We stayed at 5-6 hotels throughout the entire trip to Bali and Kuala Lumpur, Impiana was the BEST. The stuff is amazing, they almost cried when we left. Julie was the best staff person we came across. I rarely write reviews, but Impiana truly deserves the best review. I miss Impiana already, and will absolutely come back to this amazing property. I can recommend this place enough.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights in the private pool villa with valley view. The room was incredible, spacious and clean and serviced twice a day if needed. The staff from the reception, to the restaurant, to the cleaners and gardeners were all extremely friendly and made us feel more than welcome. There wasn’t a single staff member that didn’t greet us with a big smile as we walked past. The reception staff and buggy drivers remembered our names and always were genuinely interested in what we had planned for our days and nights, even remembering our plans the next day and asking how it all went. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everybody!

Beautiful room and view throughout the property. Unfortunately the room was not always cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was dust, hair, and other unknown matter under the night stands on each side of the bed which were not cleaned for the entirety of our trip making it apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The villa itself had a gorgeous view, absolutely breathtaking. Staff were incredibly kind.

We stayed at Impiana Villas in Ubud for our honeymoon and, although we initially had a few issues with our room, the way the team handled them made a big difference. A special thank you to Hery, the manager, who was very focused on our satisfaction and wanted to resolve the issues straight away. He listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and kindly upgraded us to Impiana Villas. The honeymoon cake and beautiful towel decorations were also such thoughtful touches and really helped make our stay more special. I’d also like to thank Erik, who helped us when our taxi driver went to the wrong hotel. He took the phone and communicated with the driver himself, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, Hery’s efforts and the team’s genuine focus on resolving issues turned our experience around. We really appreciated their care and hospitality, especially during such an important trip for us.

A Perfect Private Retreat for Couples in Ubud Impiana Private Villas Ubud was one of the highlights of our Bali trip and easily one of the most comfortable and relaxing places we stayed. The entire property is incredibly peaceful and beautifully maintained. Each villa is completely private and standalone, which gives you a wonderful sense of privacy and makes it especially perfect for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway in Ubud. One of my favourite parts of the stay was breakfast. There was a great selection of food, everything we tried was delicious, and you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the property's own beautiful rice terraces. It was such a relaxing way to start each morning. The facilities throughout the resort are excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. They seemed to notice the little things and genuinely made us feel very well looked after without ever being intrusive. After spending our days exploring Bali, coming back to such a peaceful and private villa was something we really looked forward to. I would highly recommend Impiana Private Villas Ubud to couples looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and private while still experiencing the beautiful atmosphere of Ubud. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and I would happily stay here again on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay at the Impiana Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs and refreshing welcome drink. Our villa was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the public pool with the stunning view of the river flowing through the valley. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay memorible. We will definitely be back here again next time we visit Ubud.

My and my girlfriend had an amazing time. Staff is great and very helpful. I enjoyed the gym and the pools. Just be prepared to walk a lot of stairs or you may call the front desk and request a buggy for transportation.

Amazing large property! Stunning views! Great service! Rooms were beautiful and well cared for.Such kind and professional staff who are extremely attentive.
