Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom #1: The primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a private spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Wake up to peaceful forest views and enjoy a quiet retreat designed for comfort and relaxation.

Family Bedroom #2: Perfect for families, the second bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with two twin loft beds positioned above. The loft beds are accessed by a ladder and are ideal for children or agile adults. This room comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it a wonderful space for families traveling together.


Host Rules:
Interested in a group booking? This property has 4 other cabins located on it which can sleep up to 24 guests if you rent all 5 cabins. Please contact Tofino Vacation rentals if you are interested in booking them all.
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.
Guest Limit: Maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.
During peak summer season (July-August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. Unfortunately, we're unable to modify summer reservations if the change would create a one-night gap in our calendar.

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals! No parties are allowed.
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund, while reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance or checking with your credit card provider, as many offer trip cancellation coverage for unexpected circumstances.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
