Schöne Lage

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 5 Tage kurzfristig gemietet. Der persönliche Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist die Unterkunft auch zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (10 und 14) völlig ok. Das Problem mit den Mücken besteht leider weiterhin. Das Kinderzimmer ist im Sommer so heiß, dass man die Fenster einfach aufmachen muss. Dann hat man aber die Mücken drin. Das gleiche im Schlafzimmer... bei der Treppe muss man aufpassen, aber da man das weiß, war dies auch überhaupt kein Problem. Die Einrichtung uns Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Besonders toll ist der große Garten der mit genutzt werden kann, so steht einer entspannten Zeit nichts entgegen.

Wieder alles sehr gut!

Wie beim ersten Mal war auch dieser Aufenthalt sehr, sehr schön. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Sollten wir nochmal eine Unterkunft für drei oder vier Personen benötigen kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!

Schöne Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Es waren sehr erholsame Tage in einer ruhigen und sehr schönen Umgebung. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Rad- oder Wandertouren ins Werratal, im Eichsfeld oder am grünen Band. Das Objekt ist sauber und mit zwei Etagen großzügig gestaltet. Die Autos können im Garten geparkt werden. Neben einer Terrasse gibt es auch einen kleinen Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht. Für eine Familie mit Kindern (2x Schlafzimmer) ist das Objekt ideal- nur bei der Treppe ins Obergeschoß muss man aufpassen. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn in der Küche eine Küchenrolle, etwas Zucker und mehrere Müllbeutel vorhanden gewesen wären, da. Aber das wären auch die einzigen Kleinigkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Sehr, sehr schön

Die Begrüssung durch Frau Rosiak und der Check-in Vorgang waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber. Es entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Jugendlichen vollkommen ausreichend. Für ältere Menschen könnte die etwas steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss zum Problem werden, für uns war es das aber absolut nicht. Der von anderen Reisenden nicht gefundene Rauchmelder befindet sich im Treppenbereich (Obergeschoss)! Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht vom Balkon aus wunderbar, wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!! Vielen Dank für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt!! Familie Reinen

Signifkante Mängel

Der Eindruck ist "durchwachsend". Es handelt sich nicht um ein "Haus", sondern nur um einen Anbau. Das zweite "Schlafzimmer" ist eine bessere Besenkammer. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist hochgefährlich und die Unterkunft für Familien mit kleineren Kindern daher ungeeignet. Rauchmelder fehlen. Der Mini-Tisch in der Küche ist bestenfalls als Ablage nutzbar.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Als wir im wunderschönen Wüstheuterrode ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich durch Frau Rosiak empfangen und wurden persönlich zum Häuschen gebracht :-) (zwei Abiegungen weiter) Das Häuschen selber ist klein, aber mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man so braucht. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn und man kann so richtig schön die Seele baumeln lassen. Was uns persönlich sehr wichtig ist, sind Sauberkeit und ein gemütliches Bett, da wir diesbezüglich schon nicht so tolle Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Was diese zwei Punkte angeht, kann ich nur sagen...Erwartungen übertroffen :-) Die Gegend rund um das kleine Örtchen ist wunderschön und hat für jeden etwas zu bieten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Häuschen mit besten Wünschen nur weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus am Wiesenrand . Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht . Es liegt am Ortsrand an einer Wiese in sehr ruhiger Lage. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Schönes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage

Sehr schönes, idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus in Ortsrandlage mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben die Stille und Ruhe genossen. Der Ort ist guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen aber auch für Ausflüge nach Eisenach, Mühlhausen etc. oder zu Schlösser und Burgen. Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr ruhigen ländlichen Umfeld mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht in Garten und Landschaft. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war gut, es war alle vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hatte das Häuschen ausreichend geheizt, bevor wir kamen. Kommunikation bei An- und Abreise war völlig unkompliziert und entgegenkommend.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin top, die Lage sehr schön...war mit 4 weiteren Personen da u es wurde sogar noch eine Feuertonne u Holz kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt...sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr gute Ausstattung WZ,Küche u. neues Bad. SZ: Super bequeme, neue Matratzen. Genial: Der Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung,Idylle unterm Apfelbaum mit schönem Blick in die Natur. Die tollsten Wanderungen direkt ab dem Haus möglich, viele weiter in naher Umgebung. Der schönste Teil des Eicksfeldes!

Erholung im Grünen

Wir hatten in diesem kleinen aber feinen Ferienhaus einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub verbracht. Alles entsprach, wie von der Vermieterin angegeben. Wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Auch der großzügige und gepflegte Garten ist ideal für unsere Tochter. Einziges Manko sind die noch teilweise alten Türen und Fenster und fehlender Insektenschutz, damit man unbeschwerter durchlüften kann. Auf jeden Fall können wir dieses Objekt weiterempfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

Schöne Ferien im überraschenden Eichsfeld

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Super Matratzen! Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ins Eichsfeld, der gepflegte Kleingarten und die Ruhe - alles perfekt. Die liebenswerte Vermieterin hat noch vor der Anreise mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen, um offene Fragen zu klären und war immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank und eine dicke Empfehlung!

Perfekt

Ein schönes Ferienhäuschen mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht, uns hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben einen Motorrad Urlaub dort verbracht, leider hat das Wetter nicht so gut mit gespielt und werden das wiederholen und sehr gerne wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was will man mehr, für uns wars einfach Perfekt.
