"Nice to be out of Colombo. Staff are lovely. The rooms needed a big deep clean. Bathrooms had lots of mould and dirt. Under the beds had leftover over food. No hot water the entire 4 nights. Requested a baby cot twice and it never arrived. Informed that laundry service was not available in the low season. TV wouldn’t turn on. Food was left rotting in the hallway for days. Pool area was great. The restaurant and pool staff fantastic. "
