  • The "Am Birnbaum" apartment is quietly located in the rural district of Lippertsreute in Überlingen (8 km to the city center parking garage), away from the tourist crowds but still well connected to Lake Constance and its attractions. The bus stop is just a few steps away, allowing you to easily reach Überlingen and other destinations around the lake.



    The 85 m² accommodation features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, offering space for up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A shared washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.

Sehr schöne moderne gemütliche Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung war hell, freundlich und vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Vieles war neu und modernisiert und stillvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Frau Ruther war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Und viele Ausflugsziele waren in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, der Spielplatz im Ort ist gleich ums Eck - für uns rundum perfekt!
