Fabulous!

The photos don’t do the property justice. The location is fabulous. Perfect for the lake and the restaurants. 2nd floor apartment above a restaurant. It’s a bit tricky to get to from the parking especially with roadworks, luggage and shopping. The property manager was really helpful. Would definitely return.

perfect place for our needs!

We needed a place not too far from the St Gallen train station to stay for the night as we were on our way to the Zurich airport and this was a perfect fit. The bus which travels to/from the train station was a one minute walk from the apartment.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Seepromenade mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und den Bodanrück. Sehr großes Appartment, große Zimmer. Leider hat das Appartment nur 1 WC/Dusche, was wir aber wussten. Für 6 Personen wären 2 WCs/Duschen angemessen. Im WC unangenehmer Geruch wg. mangelnder Belüftung und viel Chemie? Die Schlüsselübergabe in der Eisdiele Capri war sehr unkompliziert, der Empfang überaus freundlich.

Die Lage, die Größe für 6 Erwachsene super, die Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Unternehmungen, das alles war echt sehr gut, super. Eine Spülmaschine wäre nicht schlecht bei 6 Personen, auch die Küchenausstattung könnte für 6 Personen mal aufgefrischt werden. Aber das ist auch alles, den die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super

Eine sehr schöne und attraktiv eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und mit Herz eingerichtet worden. Die Küche hat zwar schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, ist aber funktional. Wünschenswert (bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen) wäre nochmal eine zweite Toilette gewesen, aber man kann sich ja arrangieren.

Wunderschön

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Gelegen direkt an der Seepromenade mit vielen Fenstern und Seeblick- hatten wir 3 große Zimmer zum schlafen. Diese waren nach hinten in die Gasse gerichtet, trotz vielen Besuchern im dortigen Restaurant, konnte man trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Der Parkplatz war bei unserer Ankunft zwar reserviert, (leider hatten die Vorbesucher den Schlüssel hierfür verloren) aber die Besitzerin und der Verwalter waren superfreundlich und begrüßten uns vorab sehr lieb. Wir konnten zu einem P&R Parkplatz fahren, der sogar noch viel günstiger war und durch die Kurtaxe konnten wir mit dem Bus (der alle 15 Minuten fuhr) gut zum Parkplatz kommen. Es waren genug Steckdosen vorhanden, und auch Geschirr war für uns gut vorhanden. Einzig Messer, Arbeitsbrettchen und Handtücher zum spülen hatten wir dabei. Der vorhandene Schwamm war schon älter, diesen und weitere Putzlappen und Geschirrspüler, Zewa etc. mussten wir noch schnell besorgen. Die Kaffeekannen waren alle bis auf eine kaputt, diese lief zwar einigermaßen gut, passten aber nicht gut zusammen. Es waren eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Backofen, Herd und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Im Bad befand sich 1 Toilette, was wir aber immer gut zu 6. hinbekommen haben. Im Bad befand sich eine Dusche und Badewanne, alles sehr sauber. Alles in allem war die Wohnung eher urig, aber etwas modern und richtig passend zum Bodensee eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zu 6. sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr ordentliche Unterkunft

Die wohnung ist sehr schön. Sehr große küche. Das geschirr ist etwas knapp bemessen. Zimmer schön, allerdings sehr wenig licht. Was bei trüben wetter unangenehm ist. Generell wird mit Lampen gespart. Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht, dass sie im 2. Stock ohne aufzug ist. Ich hatte große Probleme hinaufzukommen. Großes Bad. Die Lage ist genial.

Traumhaft Lage

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Überlingen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter vorab und im Urlaub super betreut. Auch das Essen im Zeughaus schmeckt super lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war optimal. Wir konnten alle Ausflugsziele zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichen. (Therme, Badestrand, Altstadt, Affenberg, Meersburg) Und das beste war einfach die wunderschöne Promenade direkt vor der Tür und der Ausblick aus der Wohnung auf den Bodensee. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es war alles da. (Geschirr, Waffeleisen, Töpfe, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle) Ein paar Teller und Gläser mehr wären toll. Wie in Ferienwohnungen üblich sollte man nur an Geschirrtücher, Gewürze, scharfe Messer denken) Leider gab es nur eine Toilette, was bei 6 Personen manchmal etwas schwierig war. Auch das wlan ging nicht immer. Was wir auch nicht bedacht haben, ist der Treppenaufgang in den 2 Stock. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Kommen gerne wieder

Traumhafter Blick auf den See

Die Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern/6 Betten ist genau das Richtige für Familienurlaub am Bodensee. Sie liegt direkt am Seeufer in Überlingen und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch ein Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich. Vielen Dank dafür. Zum vollständigen Glück fehlt nur eine Spülmaschine.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, aber die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte verbessert werden, ebenso sollte das Bad und die KÜche renoviert werden. Für diesen Preis habe ich mehr erwartet.

WE en famille à la decouverte du Bodensee

Emplacement bien situé en bordure du lac. Accès difficle du fait de travaux ce Week-end là. 3 étages à monter. Appartement très spacieux, literie limite (un des lits était creux). Ménage un peu juste ds la cuisine : lavage du sol de la cuisine fait à notre demande, ainsi que la mise à jour des luminaire. Rapport Qualité/Prix exagéré.

Wir waren eine kleine Reisegruppe mit 5 Personen. Top-Preis für diese große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Perfekt gelegen an der Uferpromenade, da kann alles unternommen werden ohne Fahrzeug! Gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sehr früh waren jedoch die umliegenden Vorbereitungen der Restaurants zu hören. Für meine 86 jährige Mutter war der Aufstieg in die 2. Etage etwas schwierig. Alles in allem trotzdem eine gute Wahl. Wegen der dicken Mauern konnte uns die Hitze nichts anhaben.

Schöne und große Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es sehr gut in der Ferienwohnung gefallen. Sie ist direkt an der Seepromenade mit einem schönen Ausblick auf den See. Der Check-In und -Out hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein und es fehlen Dinge, wie zum Beispiel saubere Schwämme oder Spülmittel.
