  • Exclusive new apartments in a romantic location on the small sailing port on the waterfront in Überlingen on Lake Constance. Enjoy a holiday on Lake Constance on foot in a minute in the medieval city center or on dreamy riverside paths.

    The equipment of the apartments is extraordinary for a vacation home. All apartments have a regulated ventilation system, FB heating, underground parking space with elevator, guest bathroom. The terraces are equipped with lounge furniture, with type 1 the south side is fully glazed and offers a wonderful view over the 11 m wide terrace.
    In addition to luxurious furnishings, the apartments are equipped with a washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine, WiFi and television (120 cm). Your bikes are in a locked room with charging stations.
