In the Half-Timbered House "Neustadt" Apartment 5 – 5 Minutes to the Lake

Modern apartment in the heart of Überlingen's historic old town. Only a 5-minute walk from Lake Constance, restaurants, and public transport such as bus, train, and boat. The first-floor apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and WC, a living/dining room with an additional built-in bed (1m x 2m, with slatted frame and mattress), and a kitchenette with dining area. The kitchen includes a Nespresso capsule machine (filter coffee maker on request), toaster, kettle, fridge, two-burner stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, sponge, dish soap, kitchen towel, and trash bags. A baby cot can be provided in the living room. Beds are made and fresh towels are provided weekly. One parking space per apartment is available at the house.
