Large, clean property with a pool and 10 minutes from the lake. Kiara is a lovely host, very friendly and the property has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. There is an infra-red room as well as a sauna - like a personalised spa!The area is also great for sight-seeing, taking ferries to the islands on the lake or just visiting some of the many castles and pretty towns. Highly recommended!

Die Ferienwohnung Franz ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnung die ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Sie ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es wurde einfach an alles Gedacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (510) angereist. Der Pool vor dem Haus mit Blick in die Berge, der sowohl bei gutem als auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt werden kann, ist das absolute Highlight. Auch der Ausblick von den Balkonen bzw. allgemein aus den Fenstern ist einfach "Urlaub". Da die Ferienwohnung weiter hinten liegt, braucht man keine Angst zu haben, dass die Kinder auf die Straße laufen. Hier wurde einfach an alles Gedacht. Die Kinder haben ein Trampolin, Klettergerüst, Fußball-/ Federball- und für sonstige Sportarten Feld, Schaukel, Wippe und zum krönenden Abschluss einige Fahrräder, Gokarts und und und. Es ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit (14 Tage).

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!Wir konnten uns alle sehr gut erholen!!Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kinder.Der Pool ist absolut KLASSE wir hatten viel Spaß.!Auch am See der Sonnenuntergang war wunderschön!Der Beach Club auch absolut Spitze .Sehr nette und Gastfreundliche Vermieter!Vielen lieben Dank an Fam. Wohnung, Lage und Umgebung toll, Pool auch im Oktober super zu nutzen, etwas viel Chlor enthalten. Beim Check-Out Gastgeber leider sehr unfreundlich, da bereits um 10.00 Uhr die Wohnung geputzt werden sollte - offizieller FeWo Check-Out allerdings erst um 11.00 Uhr.

Leider kein 5 Sterne - Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß, aber in Details leider nicht für 7 Personen geeignet (z.B. Anzahl und Örtlichkeiten von Schränken, Anzahl und Anordnung von Haken im Bad, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Schlafstätten). Liebevolle Ausstattungen in der gesamten Wohnung erweisen sich leider als Staubfänger. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Beleuchtungskonzept, nur in der Küche arbeitet man leider fast im Dunkel. Die angekündigten Fahrräder sind vorhanden, sollten aber auf Grund ihrer Beschaffenheit lieber nicht mehr "vermietet" werden. Die Lage der Wohnung und der Ausblick von den Balkonen ist genial.

AMAZING VIEW IN QUIET VILLAGE NEAR CHIEMSEE LAKE

This location was perfect for a stay near Chiemsee. We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it highly.

Familienurlaub bei Lindlacher

Ein tolles Zuhause für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub. Nette Gastgeber. Heimelige Wohnung mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Ruhige Lage mit viel Grün. Bäcker, EDEKA, Metzger, leckeres Wirtshaus an der Kirche direkt um´s Eck. Für Kinder war im Text Ponys mit Reitmöglichkeit auf dem Hof angegeben. Das war mitunter ein Grund für die Buchung. Leider war das eine Pony schon "zu alt" (das ist ja nicht erst seit gestern bekannt) und das andere Pony hatte eine Erkrankung am Bein/Huf. Für meine Tochter leider sehr enttäuschend. Putzen konnte sie die Ponys immerhin wann sie wollte. Der beheizte Pool war etwas frisch, konnte aber gut genutzt werden. Leider war die Sauberkeit des Pools und des Raumes nicht wie erwünscht. Wir haben (obwohl wir fast ausschließlich zu Hause waren und den Pool täglich 2x genutzt haben) niemanden gesehen, der den Pool einmal vom groben Schmutz befreit hat. Wir haben täglich mehrere Regenwürmer aus dem Wasser gefischt. Die Fliesen waren auch nicht sauber. In der Wohnung gibt es einen TV Sessel. Aber eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit für uns 4 gab es leider nicht. Nur die Sitzbank beim Esstisch oder Eckbank beim Nebentisch. Generell waren die Töpfe und die Mikrowelle ziemlich klebrig, also nicht sauber gespült, sodass ich erst einmal "schrubben" musste, bevor ich kochen konnte. Das hätten wir uns anders gewünscht. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas mau, wenn man richtig kochen möchte. Handseife, Spüli, Spülmasch.Tabs, Müllbeutel waren genügend da. WC Papier pro WC nur 1 Rolle. In der Wohnung an sich waren hier und da noch Spinnenweben und Staubflusen. Hier könnte sauberer gearbeitet werden. Der Wellnessbereich im Keller ist sehr hübsch. Und kann von allen genutzt werden. Hier hätten wir uns allerdings gewünscht, dass die Schlösser mit Schlüssel auch abschließbar wären! Vor allem beim baden, saunieren und duschen! Bademäntel und Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden. Für so viele Sterne und den ordentlichen Preis, haben wir eigentlich einen Urlaub mit mehr Qualität erwartet. Das haben wir im Vergleich mit anderen Wohnungen so empfunden. Es war aber trotzdem lohnenswert in Coronazeiten einen abgeschiedenen Uraub zu genießen!

Tolle Unterkunft für Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in der Ferienwohnung Franz bei der lieben Familie Lindlacher verbracht. Die Wohnung ist grössenmässig sehr gut für zwei Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht von den Balkonen.Perfekt ist der beheizte und bei Bedarf überdachte Pool,so dass man ihn auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut nutzen kann.Trampolin und kleiner Spielplatz machen das ganze zum Kinderparadies.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung Franz ist absolut empfehlenswert. Gemütlich und rustikal und trotzdem mit dem Komfort eines Neubaus. Mit der Möglichkeit auf die Galerie auszuweichen, kann man ein drittes Schlafzimmer schaffen, oder sich einfach mal zurückziehen. Gerne wieder.
