- Our privately owned, two-room ground-floor apartment with a sun terrace in the "König Ludwig" apartment complex is idyllically and quietly situated with magnificent mountain views in Übersee am Chiemsee/Obermoosen district.
The 56 sq m (500 sq ft) apartment (non-smoking - no pets) is divided into a living/sleeping area with a comfortable kitchenette, hallway, bathroom/toilet, separate bedroom, and a south-facing terrace.
The spacious, Mediterranean-style living room is furnished with a sofa, cable TV, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, four-burner cooktop, and microwave.
***New outdoor pool (5 x 10 m) available from the 2020 season*** - Pool open depending on weather conditions, approximately from mid-May to mid-September. Parking space, shared sauna, infrared cabin, children's playground, and tennis court are also available.
