In the summer, the popular Chiemsee beach Übersee-Feldwies, just a 20-minute walk from BAY47°, offers a true holiday vibe. Cool beach bars like the Strandkurhaus Lounge or Sundowner Bar offer laid-back music, delicious drinks, and sundowners with mountain views. Übersee also shines in winter thanks to its location: In less than 40 minutes, you can reach great ski resorts—such as the Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte or the Hochfelln ski area—perfect for day trips to the snow.
