In addition to the quiet and convenient location, the apartment is suitable for couples of all ages. The apartment has extra wide doors and a walk-in shower.
In addition to pure bathing pleasure on the Baltic Sea beach, numerous water sports are also possible. There is a surfing and sailing school (also for children) at the backwaters about 5 minutes away. Kiting, surfing, boating and fishing are possible here.

Would you like to bring your own boat? No problem. The sports boat harbor of Ückeritz with its own slip system is available for you on the backwaters.

You can easily explore the island by bike, train or car. Near the apartment there is a stop for the Usedom Baths Railway.

A visit to neighboring Poland with the well-known 'Poland market' is also worthwhile, but Swinoujscie is also worth a visit.

There are two supermarkets with a bakery in the immediate vicinity available for your daily needs.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir waren sofort im Urlaub, ohne großes eingewöhnen.Die Ausstattung ist einfach super modern und sauber. Wir lieben den Strand von Ückerritz den man super in 2 km mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann.Auch die Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Bahnanschluss sind ein Segen. Kurzum, hier lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und wir kommen garantiert wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Toller Aufenthalt in der FeWo

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet, stilvoll eingerichtet und sowohl der Strand, als auch das Achterwasser sind schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern gestaltete sich unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen für geräuschempfindliche Urlauber: die Bundesstraße (ca. 100m Entfernung) ist besonders nachts zu hören (aber dann nicht sehr häufig befahren).

Wunderbare schöne Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist optimal, um für ein Urlaubsfrühstück schnell ein paar Brötchen zu holen und danach in allen Richtungen gleicher Entfernung zum Wasser per Fahrrad, Auto oder zu Fuß entspannt zu gelangen und die Zeit zu genießen. Schöne und ordentliche Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Die Entfernung zum Strand war völlig in Ordnung, direkt ums Eck gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung immer wieder empfehlen :-)

Gepflegte Ferienanlage, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.

In dieser, in den Details geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung fühlt man sich mehr als wohl. "Es fehlt an nichts." Bei Fragen jeglicher Art an den Vermieter reagiert dieser sofort(!) Immer wieder sehr gerne!!

Das Objekt war sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Schlafen konnte man sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder, Einen Hinweis an den Eigentümer: Prüfen Sie doch bitte das Inventar auf ihre Funktion. Flur ging nur eine Lampe, Wasserkocher setzt Rost an.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit...

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man kann alles im Ort schnell und zu Fuß erreichen. Edeka und Aldi sind gleich neben an. Die Ostsee kann man in 10 und das Achterwasser in 5 Minuten erreichen. Die Bahn und einen Fahrradverleih sind ebenso nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Zu empfehlen ist das Café Knatter. Dort haben wir in der idyllischen Lage am Achterwasser fast jeden Abend verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung, sowie den Ort kann man nur empfehlen. Sehr schöne Wohnung im Ückeritz

Sehr schöne und sinnvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer angenehmen Überbauung mit schönem Blickfang. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr konstruktiv und hilfreich. Leider hat die Wohnung keine Waschmaschine, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt problematisch sein kann. Die nahe Bundesstrasse als eine Hauptverkehrsader der Insel Usedom und als Zubringer von Rettungswagen vom Einsatzort zum Krankenhaus ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, vor allem wenn man, wie wir , aus einem ländlichen Raum kommen. Ostsee und Achterwasser sind ungefähr eine halbe Stunde Fussweg (oder schneller mit dem Bus) zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist sehr gut und erlaubt es, die ganze Insel kennenzulernen.

Top Ferienwohnung

Der Eindruck auf den Bildern spiegelt genau das wieder, was wir vorgefunden haben. Eine sehr geräumige, saubere und wohnliche Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ablauf war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Objekt mit voller Überzeugung jedem Empfehlen. Es war wirklich fast alles vorhanden was man sich erhoffen kann. Wäschetrockner, Platz um diesen aufzustellen. Eine Terrasse, W-Lan, TV und auch die Küchenausstattung war vorbildlich. Einzig ein scharfes Messer solltet ihr mitbringen. :) Ansonsten fällt uns nix ein was fehlte.
