A semi-detached house right next to the water—prime location at Stagnieß Harbour. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, sailors, and anglers. A swimming spot is only about 150 m away. There, you can easily launch your surfboard into the water and learn to surf, as the water is very shallow over large areas.

You’ll be staying in a new semi-detached house at the idyllic Stagnieß Harbour in the seaside resort of Ückeritz. You’ll have a direct view of the water from all rooms and the large terrace. The house features 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and a third bedroom in a converted attic (not enclosed, accessed via a space-saving staircase) with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed and a single bed.

Bright living and dining area with a high-quality kitchen. The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a built-in microwave, and a kitchen island with a ceramic (induction) cooktop. A wide, beige leather sofa in a modern design ensures the utmost comfort. The living area is rounded out by a modern 55-inch TV with Ambilight (Smart TV) and a hi-fi system on a TV lowboard with atmospheric LED lighting (colour adjustable). The furnished terrace, complete with a beach chair and a view of the water, is a particularly charming spot. The garden is beautifully and lovingly landscaped with many plants—ideal for relaxation.

The upper floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a solid wood double bed (1.80 m wide). The second bedroom has another bed (1.40 m wide). The converted attic offers two additional sleeping options: A single bed (1 m wide) and a bed (1.40 m wide). The attic is also perfect as a play area for children. Access to the attic is via a space-saving staircase (not a separate, enclosed room). The living room offers another full-size sleeping option in the form of a high-quality single bed.

The holiday home features two modern bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. In addition to the bathroom on the ground floor, a second bathroom is available on the upper floor. A washing machine is also provided for your use.
The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even on chilly days. All rooms feature tile floors in a warm and inviting wood-look design, while the bathrooms have large anthracite-colored floor tiles.

A carport on the fenced-in property is available for parking. Thanks to the generous space in front of the carport, there is room to park two additional cars on the property. You can store your bicycles under cover in the open carport. The house is also ideal for a cycling holiday.
