"Warnung vor Buchung – äußerst enttäuschend!
Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der versprochene Service existierte schlichtweg nicht. Es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort. In der Buchungsanzeige wurde ein Pool angegeben – dieser war nicht vorhanden. Ebenfalls wurde der kostenlose Zugang zum Aquapark zugesichert, was sich als falsch herausstellte. Stattdessen mussten wir den vollen Eintrittspreis ohne jeglichen Rabatt bezahlen.
Ein angeblich inkludierter Parkplatz wurde uns nicht zur...

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place.
to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving. It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. The only nice thing about this apartment is that it is close to the beach about 3 min walk.
You have to pay for parking for the time you stay there. This was not explained very well in their ad on...

"Nach ankunft erstmal erfahren das es kein büro mehr gibt. Also auch kein Ansprechpartner traurig aber war. 2 stunden zimmer gesucht. Am fenster vom alten Büro stehen telefonnummer dran und man erreicht da keinen. Dann steht noch ein code dran zum anmelden und funktionierte auch wieder nicht. Nie wieder."

"I find it unacceptable that the apartment is advertised as a property with a pool. Even the main photos are of pools, when there isn't one! The photos are of the Hilton Hotel's water park."
