"I wish I could give this stay more than five stars! The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure my every need was taken care of. Be aware there are two ferries from Ishigaki, and only one has a shuttle to the hotel. If you’re going to rent a car book it early, but the island is very doable without a car as long as you go with the flow. The hotel is close to the river ferry which takes you to waterfall hike. And there are many local tours for paddle boarding, canoeing into the mangroves, snorkeling, etc. The sunsets at the hotel are beautiful and there are hammocks on the roof for stargazing. The food was wonderful as well! Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!!"

"We loved our time at Cago Guest House. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wish we stayed longer. Taketomi is a beautiful, quiet island and Cago is the perfect place to stay and enjoy it. The owners, a husband and wife, are lovely. We opted for the dinner both nights (breakfast was included) and all the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!"

"はじめてのリゾートホテルで、勝手の慣れないこともありましたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。シャトルバスのお迎えの方、運転手の方、受付スタッフの方々、アクティビティ受付の方、ダイニングルームの方々、ドリンクバーの方々、売店の方、イベントをされていた方など、滞在中に何人ものスタッフさんにお世話になりました。どのスタッフの方もとてもプロフェッショナルで、私たちの滞在が快適であるように、真心のこもったサービスを心掛けられていることを感じました。また、研修中のスタッフさんたちの一生懸命な姿勢もとても好印象でした。朝食バッフェは種類も豊富でおいしい地元のお料理をいただくこともでき、それにテーブル間のスペースがゆったりしていたこともよかったです。 天候にはあまり恵まれませんでしたが、バルコニーには雨がかからなかったので、ゆっくり、ビーチの景色を楽しむことができました。お部屋も清潔で広かったので、快適に使うことができました。とてもおすすめしたいリゾートです。:）"
