She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had."

"The hotel was not busy and noisy and so we slept very well. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. However, it is in need of major updating. There is a terrible smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Also, there are no dining options in the hotel and the closest swimmable beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk. "

"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。 部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。 調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"今回は初めての宮古島だったのでヴィラの周りはあまりゆっくり散歩できませんでしたが、ヴィラ自体も綺麗で、周りも静かで、さとうきび畑や、とてつもなく綺麗な夕陽、風力発電のブレードが回っているのが見えて、とても美しかったです。"
