"We really enjoyed staying at the cottage by a beautiful beach! It was clean, and the owners were very kind and helpful. They speak both English and Japanese. We will definitely come back! 家族4人で、一軒建ての家を使わせてもらいました。とても綺麗でアメニティ＆キッチンも充実で、楽しく3泊4日を過ごせました。 オー ナーさん達はとても親切で快適な時間を過ごせました。今後、北茨城に行く際は是非よろしくお願いします。"

"The staff was so accommodating especially when I dont speak Japanese. I arrived early but was able to check in 3 hours early; with a nominal fee. Also, They were able to check my brother in laws reservations. Informed them that His flight was canceled and should be arriving on Friday. Front desk informed me he is checked in another location and will inform them. I was grateful for all their help."
