The man working the front desk was amazing; he exemplifies what great customer service is all about. He helped me check in and enroll me in the rewards program, he was also working the desk when I checked out the next morning. Very nice area, close to everything. We had a Jacuzzi tub, it was awesome. Not the most comfortable sheets, kinda rough, also, the blankets arent very thuck. But overall, a very positive experience.

In need of updating, especially for a best western. Rooms were dim, and needed some TLC. However, it was quiet, felt safe and the front desk clerk was so friendly

It was an ok stay. But there were ants as soon as i throw a wrapper or diaper in the trash. The management was not very friendly either. For their price, I have experienced better service from another accommodation businesses in town that offer a more affordable price. Not just because something is more expensive, means the experience is better. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly though.
