"Train Station pickup was very helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. The receptionist Liu Linying was so helpful at all times. The room was huge, comfortable and has a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was really tasty and freshly made coffee was welcome. Drivers were well organised. The recommendations for when to walk through the city to see the best of the lights was good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Datong. "

"During my recent stay at Wanda Vista Hohhot, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The staff was notably unfriendly and appeared either unable or unwilling to communicate in English, which made resolving issues difficult. Although I was assigned to a non-smoking floor, some guests were smoking in their rooms. Shockingly, despite this being against hotel policy, the staff did not address the issue for an entire week. It was only after escalating the matter through Hotels.com that any action was taken. This lack of responsiveness and enforcement of rules significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a stress-free and accommodating experience. It falls far below the expectations of quality and service that travelers deserve."
