The space
My name is Tanan. I love traveling and I have been to around 30 countries.

I know as travelers, we have a lot of common issues and questions while we visit a new country.

That is why, I have decided to renovate my apartment, open the doors to welcome my fellows travel enthusiasts around the world so that they too can experience our country with the least concerns.

Your job is to just focus on the enjoying and having fun part of your traveling experience.

I really pay a lot of attention on comfort, cleanliness, and safety. I promise you will get receive these during your stay.

★ 1). Common area:
Living room: A comfortable sofa with classic design sofa, flat screen TV. High speed internet router WiFi.

★ 2). Kitchen: To make you more at home, the kitchen is fully stacked with all the electronic appliances including a fridge, rice cooker, microwave, water boiler and an induction cooktop along fully stocked silverware, dish, bowls and cups for 8 people so that you can cook your own meals. Cooking is warmly welcomed.

★ 3) Bathroom: There are two bathrooms, one is connected to the master bedroom. The other is near the entrance. Hairdryer, towels, shampoo, body wash will be always ready for you. We prepare high-quality products for you, just as we use at home.

★ 4) Bedrooms:
▶ The 1st bedroom (master bedroom) has a super king-size (183cm) bed.
▶ The 2nd bedroom has two queen size (150cm) beds.
▶ The 3rd bedroom has one double size (130cm) bed.

The mattresses and bed linens are natural-material and high-quality types. Because we pay a huge attention on cleanliness, we specifically prepare fully washed and ironed white sheets for you. We want to be sure you can have a comfortable sleep after a long day flight in or an adventure around the country.

We've paid extra attention to only use natural, organic, hypo-allergenic cleaning supplies, and bed linens.

★ 5) Laundry area: A brand new 8kg fully automatic washing machine with detergent is free to use for your group after your travels in the countryside.

★ 6) Balcony: We have 2 balconies for you to take some fresh air. For smoking, you can use the outside hallway which will be shown during your check-in.

★ 7) Tea, coffee and powder milk is complimentary, so that you can refresh during stay! Serve yourself and feel absolute at home.

★ 8) Hangers are equipped in each bedroom. An iron, ironing board and cloth drying hanger also provided.

Other things to note
★CHECK IN & OUT:

1). We will wait for you at the building entrance to help you check-in.

2). Late check-in is welcomed: There is no limit in check-in time. You can check-in no matter how late it is. But we hope to be informed your check-in time in advance.

3). Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you return to check-in.

4). Parking Area is available on site. Parking is free but needs to be registered. Please inform us in advance if you plan to come with a car or bike.

5). Late check-out: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-out late. If the room is not available for the next guest, we can keep the luggage for you when you temporarily depart and enjoy the rest of the day touring the city. Please remember to let us know if you intend to do so 1-2 days prior.

5) AIRPORT PICK-UP and DROP OFF

• If you book for 2 nights or more, we will be picking you up at the airport or at the train station - FREE of charge!!!

• Before your arrival: We will communicate all the details to help you check-in smoothly and answer all your concerns.

• During your stay: We could help during your stay and support you arrange a tour/trip in Ulaanbaatar and surrounding areas (Terelj National Park, Hustai National Park - where the Przewalski horse lives etc.) including finding you a car with a driver, a translator and etc.

• After your stay: When the sad day of saying goodbye comes, we will help you call the official airport taxi so that you don't get overcharged by random drivers.
