A very nice hotel to stay at for a reasonable price. The location is great. Most of the main tourist spots are walkable from the hotel. Close to several shopping centers with good choices in food. Enjoyed by stay at the hotel.

Great place

Delayed flights had me arriving very late so i couldn't get to my apartment, so i needed late chdck in and good services. This place was incredible. Very comfortable room good service and the staff are all friendly people. Really wonderful

A colleague recommended the Springs Hotel to me as an affordable option. I'm glad I took his recommendation. Communication was good for airport transfer on arrival. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The only thing I would have liked is a bedside lamp, but I managed fine without it. Breakfast was okay. And of course the location is good.

Four days in UB

The best thing about this hotel, is the location. It’s in the midle of center, close to everything. For the price, it's a good hotel. Rooms are big and service super. The only thing to put a finger on, is the carpet on the floor. It was discusting. You cant walk there without shoes. It was some markes there, that looked as blood. It was sticky and just awful. My reccomandation is to remove the carpet. Beside that, a great hotel for that price.

Big difference between older and newer rooms

Location is perfect. But: On the pictures it looks like the hotel is the modern big glass building, but its not, its the small old concrete block in the front. I first got a room without working AC and it was hot, opening the windows did not help, also because of the noise from the main road. Unfortunately, only a few renovated rooms have AC. After I got a much nicer and modern room with a new top AC that worked perfectly. So, comfort heavily depends in which room one can stay. Bathroom stuff worked all well. Breakfast is more on the very basic side in terms of selection.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. I could exchange money for local currency, buy a sim card and moreorless do anything I needed at the hotel. They even helped me to book theatre tickets. The breakfast room was a bit crowded, but it was still very nice. The only real downside was that I took a couple of things from the minibar, but the room keepers didn't replace them, and that meant that I was charged for things I didn't take the next day because they were 'missing'. This led to a confrontation on the last day when the receptionist explained that certain things had been removed from the minibar since I had payed the bill, but as I hadn't taken them (they had never been replaced from previously) I objected. As the receptionis was just a new assistant who had been told that was the policy, it wasn't his fault, and I didn't want him to get in trouble, so I payed anyway, but the hotel should change this policy. Other than that small problem at the end of my stay, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

This hotel threw away my things!

I stayed in this hotel during 19 - 23 March 2024. I have the habit of wearing crystals so I brought some Herkimer Diamond with me and put them in a glass of water next to my bed. I didn’t ask for “Do not disturb” because I needed the new bottle of water. On The first two days the housekeeper(s) did a good job and did not touching my crystals. Yet on the third night my crystals were gone and the glass was put back to its original place!!!!! I called the reception yet the girl said the housekeeping team was already off work and would investigate and come back to me at 9:00am on the next day, when the manager and the housekeeper start working. I needed to leave for an early flight at 3am the next day so I could not wait for the investigation. The reception girl claimed that the manager would investigate and give me an explanation via email. A week has passed and I received NOTHING from the hotel!!!!!!!!! NO EMAIL, NO EXPLANATION, NO COMPENSATION!!!!!! The only good part of this hotel was the reception, who really tried to help me. Yet I am outrageously disappointed at this unprofessional hotel !!!!!!
