"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "Just to let everybody know, even though it says parking included if you travel with car, there is no parking included in this property. No parking you have to look and find a parking for quite some time on this city. There is only one spot that could be for free, but is really really really busy and it’s very hard to find a parking that is really convenient to exit the port that you’re gonna go to the hotel or if you want to travel to a different destinations around the city or country so just keep in mind that there is no parking."

"Great hospitality, Flm per mikpritje. We had an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!"
