Beautiful hotel

The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view.

Great for families

Resort is great. For kids there are many activities and for adults it is easy to relax and enjoy one of the beach bars. All inclusive drinks and food are great and service was at a high level. It is pretty shallow at the beach (which is great for kids) but it is not great for swimming.

This resort is excellent! All service there was above my expectations for 4* resort. Our room is sparkling clean and well equipped. Swimming pools everywhere, clean sand beach. Before my reservation i was reading reviews and couldn’t make up my mind. Now, honestly, i will come here every summer. I highly recommend this resort.

My family and I were at quite a few all inclusive resorts in Caribbean. The Azul Beach Montenegro can be easily compared the ones we visited. Great staff, always trying to please. Variety of food and drinks. Multiple restaurants and bars which are open during the day. The pools might need some upgrades, but overall satisfactory. The beaches for whole area of municipality of town of Ulicinj are sandy beaches. If this was white sand instead of gray one, one would think you are Isla De Mujeris, rather than Ulicinj. I would definitely come back.

The resort as a whole has what you are looking for there especially for families. The food buffet is really good, the on site restaurant is good too. Olea.... Quiet, safe.... Beach is big, lots of chairs and umbrellas, good clean beach.... Areas of improvement: 1) could use lifeguards around the pool. Almost saw a 3 year old drown by the pool. Good to have someone walking around the pool area. 2) Better attention to detail. Resort has potential, service is hit or miss. Anyone touching food or making drinks should always have gloves on. You cant grab ice with bare hands and make a drink. 3) inconsistency with the service. One person gets a pina colada, i go in 5 minutes later and get something that is not a pina colada and the server laughs like i dont know what a pina colada looks like and tells me the drink is a pina colada. This happened way too many times. I got the sense that some of the servers didnt like Americans much or anyone speaking English. All in all, there were too many situations where we had to follow up on missing items, essentials like shampoo running out things like that. Instead of housekeeping making sure its full I had to chase people down for that stuff.. The resort was not cheap , I paid top dollar to say here with my family and it wasn't up to par for the money I paid compared to other places ive been to around the world.

Great location, mediocre resort.

Where do i start? Check in was great, and the location is amazing. It's just too bad the resort is obviously outdated, and barely family friendly. Lack of ramps, and thorny flowers everywhere, so watch your little ones hands closely. Do NOT book anything on the upper floors if you have a stroller as there are no elevators. Access to the beach is only via stairs as well. Hit your local gym before going as you'll be carrying your stroller as much as pushing it. I'm happy we had the all inclusive package, but the food was, well... edible and that's it. I must commend the chef, for without their advanced skill i would never have known, pasta and chicken could be so flavorless. The high chairs for children were filthy, staff hardly tried to do anything but the bare minimum. The kids club is the one bright spot. Their staff was awesome. It's a great thing drinks were included, with glossed eyes and a buzz, much of the negatives can be overlooked. Just don't book this place with high hopes.

Müsste mal dringend renoviert werden. Auch habe ich vom brutal schlechten Essen eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen.. daher lieber auswärts essen, das geht in der Nähe super gut.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer und keins davon wurde ordentlich geputzt. Es wurden nur frische Handtücher gebracht mehr auch nicht. Bettwäsche wird nicht gewechselt und das Badezimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Rest war Okey

Es war alles perfekt sehr sauber essen war sehr gut.Pools und Strand perfekt alle sauber alles im einen sehr gut nur die Zimmer waren sehr alt und klein das hat uns nicht gefallen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit eignen Pool Zugang der Pool war toll und sehr sauber wie gesagt uns haben nur die Zimmer nicht gefallen ansonsten war alles sehr gut.
