  • Our beautiful sunny family home is less than 5 min walk to Mollymook Beach & Central to everything.

    The house gets the beautiful sea breeze and glimpses of the ocean. Enjoy time on your choice of balconies chasing (or escaping) the sun or kicking back on the recliners watching a movie.

    Walk to Golf Club or Bowling Club or just sit back and enjoy a BBQ on your choice of 3 balconies. Perfect house and location for your family holiday!

    Allow small (under 7 kg`s) indoor non-shedding pets only.
    House Guidelines

    We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer.
    To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
    ● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm.
    ● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
    ● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house (no sand inside).
    ● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
    ● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
    ● Leave furniture in its original position.
    ● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily.

    Before departure, please complete the checkout checklist provided.

    We take great pride in presenting the home in spotless condition for your arrival and appreciate your help in leaving it neat and tidy when you check out.

    PET RULES

    - We accept 1 dog, non-shedding and fully house-trained (we have carpet and owner has allergies).
    - No pets are allowed on our furnishings.
    - We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
    - Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains.
    - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
    - Please note the backyard is not fenced so again when outside you will need to make sure your pet is supervised.
    - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bin (not inside)
    - Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house.

Beautiful bright airy and clean home. Space for everyone - a family of 7 and our two small dogs. Great garden space for the dogs and one active 2 year old. Everything we needed was there to make our stay comfortable and happy, including a surprise bottle of wine and birthday ballon to help us celebrate a very special family birthday. Wonderful memories of great weekend at You, Me and the Sea

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and the layout was excellent with plenty of space for everyone. The house is full of lovely touches and caters perfectly for all age especially babies, with change tables and stair gates provided. Everything about the space felt relaxing, from the great views and outlook to the two balconies and large backyard. Plus, it’s within walking distance to everything we needed. Highly recommend!
