Reaching out to the property management company was effective and they were able to be middle men so to speak relaying information from host but it took some time and a call back. "We had a very nice room on the second floor that had river and the castle view. The hotel is modern and seemed recently renovated. Everything is clean and staff are nice and helpful. It is not in the town center, but just 2-3 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for a small fee. The only drawback is that it had no air conditioning. Even then, I still love the hotel"

"The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options - all very tasty. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and offered a lovely view of the vineyards that line the hillside on either side of the river. We will definitely be back as it is a lovely place, especially with children."
