"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "The front desk was extremely helpful when I lost an item in the hotel laundry service—so grateful they got it back for me! The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"

"I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of the room was horrible. It was almost unbearable condition to sleep in. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. If you can stand the cigarette odor lingering on your pillow and blanket, this is the place. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place."
