"This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"I don’t know where to begin, with the beautiful scenery overlooking the apartment or the incredible service provided by our host Valerio. Truly no words can explain how incredibly kind, helpful and joyful he is: truly the best host I have ever encountered! He was ready to help us at any moment whether it was through touristic advice or home related questions, truly a dream! "Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben mantenuto con parcheggio interno al giardino. Posizione comoda a circa 1,5 km dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Per la spesa c'è un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. Cordiale e sempre presente Tommaso, il proprietario, che si è mostrato attento ad ogni nostra richiesta."
