"Wir haben hier mit unseren zwei Kindern (15J/18J) und unserem Hund einen wundervollen Urlaub verbingen können. Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist einmalig schön mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Pool, Garten, Terassen, direkter Meereszugang, gute Parkplätze ... was kann man sich mehr wünschen. Eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor der Reise, bei der Ankunft und auch beim Aufenthalt. Eine klare 5* Bewertung. Jederzeit wieder!"

"The house is very nice, clean and with modern furniture. Beds are very comfortable, the garden is nice and well maintained, the pool has a great size and you can even take a small swim. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a very small village near Umag, the only downside is the road close by, but you get used to the slight traffic noise."

"We were 6 adults and 2 Toddlers. The house was clean and well equipped. Pool and garden were very nice. It should be considered though, that there's only one big bedroom. The other is too small to put in a baby bed for example. The separate accomodation is nicely layed out. However sleeping under the roof got quite stuffy and hot and was hard to regulate with the AC. All in all we were very happy thought."

"Wir waren zu 7 für eine Woche dort! Das Haus ist ein schöner Neubau, Die Zimmer, sowie die Bäder sind modern eingerichtet und bieten genug Stauraum für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Es war alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Die lage ist ruhig und man kann alles gut erreichen (5-10 min. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto) Spar, bipa, Lidl, Tankstellen etc. Wir waren mit unserer Urlaubsreise nach Umag sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen :) "

Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb 10 Minuten in Umag und am Strand von Umag. Ich kann nur volle Punktzahl geben, da wirklich alles super war. Es hat echt nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. "We had a great holiday at villa Niz. The villa is very spacious, modern and clean, very comfortable beds and settee and a great pool. The only real downsides were the mosquitos and insects and we had to use the car to get everywhere as the roads aren't practical for walking along."

"As first time visitors to croatia we (6 adults) found that the villa was truly fantastic. Everything was as advertised on the homepage. All things (from check-in to check-out) worked out perfectly. Contact with the local host was easy and replies came almost always immediately. The accomodation provides additional benefits (e.g. pool-billiard, table-tennis & badminton) and has enough space for everybody.
