Located 2 Miles up a Logging Road - Please note that this drive can take 10 minutes. Modern Comfort on 20 Private Acres | Secluded 700 sq. ft. cabin on 20 private acres in the Howard County WMA near Umpire, AR. Perfect for solitude or hunting. Your cozy getaway awaits in Umpire at this marvelous cabin. Inside, guests find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. The bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors with heating or cooling, the space adapts to your comfort. This excellent cabin offers a peaceful retreat where simplicity meets charm. We hope you enjoy what our place and Umpire has to offer. Amenities: Full kitchen with rare dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, private well/septic, AC/heat, 1 BR/1 BA. Location: Direct WMA access. Less than 10 miles from world-class whitewater and trails at Cossatot River State Park-Natural Area. The space: Please note that this property is VERY remote/secluded. It is a 2+ mile drive up a logging road (which can take almost 10 minutes to travel). You will not be able to go more than 5-12 mph during this stretch.
Guest access: Guests are welcome to use anything in the cabin. There are card games, an outdoor cornhole board set (located in the porch). Feel free to use the camping chairs in the porch, just put them back when you are done. You can explore the property, but remember no hunting on my property - only the WMA property.
