"Very disappointed with our stay here, the room was not clean and smelled extremely strongly of smoke. We tried everything to get rid of the smell but nothing helped. There was also damp on the walls and the curtains were mouldy. Would avoid staying here again in the future."

"This is my second time here, fantastic location amongst the rice fields and near the surf beach. Love the super friendly staff and the clean comfortable rooms.

"Hostel muito bonito, todo reformado, com tomada individual nas camas (padrão UK). Há um grande lugar para deixar as malas e fica a poucos passos da praia Padang Padang."

"There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. Bright stylish rooms but the old wood around the communal kitchen sink lets one know that maintenance isn’t a priority. The pool is in front and smaller than pictured. Lots of lounging seats in the lobby and pool area. Staff are super helpful with luggage up & down stairs. Because it’s so close to the airport, grab cars...

"I don’t want to leave a good review as I don’t want people to book it up so there is no room for me.
What fantastic hosts, security, staff and villa. The best in Bali, will for sure be back. 10/10 all round no faults I can give "
"Resort is huge but the biggest standout is the colleagues working there. From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests.
Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening. "
Hideaway Villas Bali – Ungasan by Kanaan Hospitality
10/10 Excellent
"recently stayed at Hideaway Residence in Bali and had such a beautiful experience. The place was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The food was very good — fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable throughout our stay. The house was spotless, and housekeeping made sure everything was cleaned daily, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing.
The apartment itself was stunning. The vanities, equipment, and all amenities were in excellent condition — everything worked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the property.
And the pool… absolutely exquisite. It was one of my favourite parts of the stay — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali."
"We absolutely loved our stay at the Tree House! We were in the ‘Honeymoon’ treehouse with the retractable roof - loved every square inch of our little home. The gardens in the resort were lovely and well kept. The small restaurant was very nice and the food terrific. The breakfast was included and it was fantastic!! Staff were all so friendly. We would highly recommend. So unique!!
The site next door is a construction zone but they don’t start hammering until 8AM. "
