"The villa is part of the Karma Kandara resort located on a high cliff with a wonderful view. With the cable-car it goes down to a wonderful clean beach. Only one minute walk on the beach to the legendary Sundays Beach Club. The villa was in excellent condition with a nice private pool. Our children loved it. "The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property. "
